A Design & Refurbishment For This Bay View Apartment

An open, spacious and comfortable living style was requested by the client of 1/104 Bay Rd, Waverton. Wall openings are modified and enlarged to create ease of access. A seamless flow between the kitchen, dining and living is achieved through this reconstruction. The clients purpose for this design & refurbishment was to increase the value of the property, to attract prospective tenants and to increase rental value. 

Tower & London were appointed to project manage and conduct the design & refurbishment project and project manage from start to end. This involved daily site visits and regular meetings with our trades team. 

Key modifications are as follows: 
- Integration of a small study / office space that is inserted into the living space
- Refresh of the kitchen area 

- Demolition of kitchen wall to create an opening for the kitchen breakfast bar
